I had to drop off my vehicle for an engine light issue. Immediately my vehicle was diagnosed thus received a call from Brandy advising the problem. The next day it was ready for pick-up. I'm pleased that they take care of your vehicle without long delays.

I had recall on my truck and advisor explained the recall and order parts and when they arrive will schedule to have them replaced. Also live the idea that they took video of our truck underneath and engine explaining what needs replaced.

They took me in on 4th even though they had miscommunication issues with the call center about their hours. They were closing early but the call center told me 4PM. Didn’t seem right so I still went, but they took me in. They had food and it was Fast convenient service! They also tell me what I need every time I come for an oil change. I also like the new system where everything is sent to your email or through a text. Ms. Mary’s assistant is always helpful. She was there on the 4th who assisted me. Keep her
